Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar met Jihad Azour Director MCD IMF and discussed implementation of the IMF program.
Mr. Azour sympathized for the losses caused by the floods and assured the Finance Minister of IMF’s support.
In another meeting with United States Assistant Secretaries, Mr. Ramin Toloui and Mr. Donald Lu called on Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar at Pak Embassy to express solidarity with Pakistan over devastating floods.
They assure continued US support for Pakistan’s relief and recovery efforts. Other issues of mutual interest were also, discussed.
